Terms of service for UK and EU customers

Last updated: May 17, 2026

These terms apply to consumer purchases from the United Kingdom or European Union. They supplement our standard Terms of Service. If there is a conflict, these UK/EU terms apply to the extent required by applicable consumer law.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your mandatory statutory consumer rights under applicable UK or EU law. This includes rights relating to online cancellation, faulty goods, misdescribed goods, delivery, refunds, and legal guarantees of conformity.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order means you are offering to buy the goods in your cart. We may accept the order by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, shipping is not available, information is inaccurate, or fraud/security checks require cancellation.

Prices, taxes, and duties

Prices, delivery charges, taxes, and duties are shown at checkout where available. If import charges are not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for paying those charges to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

Product information

We try to present product descriptions, colors, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Small variations may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, natural materials, or measurement methods. This does not affect your rights if goods are not as described or do not conform to the contract.

Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless we expressly state otherwise. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you nominate to receive them.

Cancellation and returns

UK and EU consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for most online purchases. Please see our Refund policy for UK and EU customers for cancellation instructions, return timing, refund timing, and legal exceptions.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. For consumer purchases, our responsibility is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing law and disputes

If you are a UK or EU consumer, these terms do not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence. You may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
