Shipping policy for UK and EU customers

Last updated: May 17, 2026

This shipping policy applies to orders shipped to the United Kingdom or European Union. Delivery options, costs, taxes, and duties may vary by destination and will be shown at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation where available. Unless a product page states a different timeline, international orders commonly arrive within 7 to 21 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, remote-area handling, or product availability.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, item size, item weight, carrier availability, and any promotion active at the time of purchase. If a shipping method is unavailable for your address, we may contact you before accepting or fulfilling the order.

Import duties, VAT, and customs

If import duties, VAT, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar taxes are collected at checkout, they will be shown before you pay. If they are not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier or customs authority before delivery.

If a package is refused, undeliverable, or returned because duties, taxes, or customs charges are unpaid, we may deduct carrier return costs and non-recoverable charges from any refund where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Tracking and delivery issues

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details after dispatch. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact us promptly at hello@archiology.design so we can help review the carrier record.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review replacement, repair, refund, or other remedies available under our policies and your statutory rights.
