SHIPPING POLICY

We ship within 2 business days. The arrival time of your order will depend on your location and other factors

We strive to process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery to our customers. As a result, we are typically unable to accommodate changes once an order has been placed. Cancellation is valid only if the order has not yet been shipped and does not involve discounted or promotional products. If the order has already been shipped and no damages are present, refunds are not applicable. However, replacements are available.

How much does shipping cost?

    • Orders of $50 or less - $4.95
    • Orders of $50 or more - FREE
  • We ship within the 48 contiguous United States and Canada
  • The shipping fee to Canada is calculated at checkout

What delivery services do you use?

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to ship most orders within the continental US and Canada.

 

RETURN POLICY

All orders are eligible for free returns within 90 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us through Chat or our Contact Form. Returned items must be in new condition and include all original packaging and components.

Prior approval from Archiology is necessary before shipping returns back to our warehouse. It's important to obtain the correct return information from our customer service team.

Returns must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase or within 7 days of receiving approval and a prepaid label from Archiology, whichever is later. Please ensure that items are carefully repackaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

While our aim is to facilitate smooth returns, failure to comply with our guidelines or returning items in poor condition may result in restocking fees or denial of the refund in full. We encourage responsible handling of returns to avoid any inconvenience.

PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL

As part of our return process, we provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience. However, please be aware that failure to use this shipping label within 7 days of receipt will incur a $10 charge to cover return shipping costs deducted from your refund.
